These terms govern contracts between JM-In UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hansteinhof 12, 37079 Göttingen, Germany (“we”) and business customers (“the provider”) for enhanced profile presentations on drivingschoolsoftware.uk. They apply to businesses only; we do not contract with consumers. The provider's own terms do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.
The basic entry is free and requires no contract. A paid enhanced profile supplies additional presentation space for the provider's product on this site, as set out on the provider page: a longer description, structured product details and, on the Premium package, a dedicated page for the provider with its own questions and answers and structured data mark-up.
Which providers appear in the comparison, and in what order, is decided editorially on the basis of market presence and the criteria published on this site. Booking an enhanced profile does not form part of that decision and we make no commitment about position, ranking, visibility in search engines or in AI assistants, or about traffic, enquiries or sales. What is supplied under a booking is the depth of presentation described in clause 2.
The provider is responsible for the accuracy of the information it supplies for its profile and warrants that it holds the rights to any logo, screenshot or text it sends us. We may edit submitted material for length, house style and clarity, and we may decline material that is misleading, that makes claims we cannot verify, or that disparages another provider. Corrections to any entry, free or paid, are made free of charge.
Prices are stated on the provider page and are exclusive of VAT. German VAT is added at checkout. Enhanced profiles are invoiced monthly in advance. The term is one month and renews by one month at a time unless either party gives notice before the end of the current month. Notice by email is sufficient. On termination the profile reverts to the free basic entry; the entry itself is not removed.
We aim to keep the site available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Short interruptions for maintenance, and interruptions outside our control such as failures at our hosting provider, do not give rise to a claim.
We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the purpose of the contract, and then only up to the damage typically foreseeable at the time the contract was made. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions is unaffected. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The provider grants us the simple, non-exclusive right to reproduce, publish and make publicly available the text, logos, screenshots and answers it supplies, for the purpose of the profile and of editorial reporting about the provider's product, in unlimited territory and for the duration of the contract. The right to reproduce material in archived versions of the site, and in cached copies held by search engines and other third parties, survives the end of the contract for as long as those copies exist, because we cannot remove them. We may shorten submitted material and adapt it to our house style. The provider warrants that it holds the rights it grants here.
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where the provider is a business, the place of jurisdiction is Göttingen, Germany. This does not affect any mandatory rights the provider has under the law of its own country.
Amendments must be in text form. If a provision is or becomes invalid, the remainder of these terms stays in force.
